Job Title: Fitness Instructor

Location: Freedom Fitness Centre, Rock Sound, Eleuthera

Rate: $10 – $25 per session (Hourly)

Schedule: Flexible – Weekly, Monthly, or Annual arrangements available

About the Role

Freedom Fitness Centre is seeking passionate, motivated, and energetic Fitness Instructors to join our growing team. As part of the Freedom Fitness Family, you will lead group fitness classes and offer personal training sessions in a supportive, upbeat, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and effective fitness classes for clients of various fitness levels

• Offer personal training services tailored to individual client needs and goals

• Provide motivation, encouragement, and fitness education to clients

• Ensure safety and proper technique during workouts

• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the gym

• Assist with member questions and promote overall health and wellness

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fitness instruction or personal training preferred

• Certification in fitness training (ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent) is a plus
