This plate has changed for the best! New equipment! Great vibes, great energy! Definitely great for those trying to get into good health! This is the place to start and then build to greater. This place keeps upgrading! Definitely worth the membership!
I just left the gym in Rock Sound and I even met the owner Sherwin and he was extremely helpful, and fit himself.
I focus on my leg strength and this gym has both hip adduction and abduction, leg press and leg curl machines. Lots of upper body machines as well and back. I actually used for the first time a free standing triceps machine which I really liked.
It is spacious and clean.
I strongly recommend the gym and price is perfect.
